Imaging System" upgrade project within such a tight time frame.
Over the years, we have grown to rely on upon your dependable service and swift response whenever we have sought your assistance. As usual, I was pleased with your original proposal for solving our latest need. Your plan was clear, the cost reasonable, and your and the scheduling of the job was within our fairly short timeframe. Overnight, the urgency level of this job changed drastically due to other events taking place within our organization.
Our deadline to complete the project which had been a month away was now less than a week away. Despite an already packed schedule, you reacted immediately and were in our office literally the next day. You and your staff worked around the clock throughout the weekend and into the next week. By doing so, you were able to compress what had been reasonably estimated to be a 10 day job into half that time. I realize that a considerable amount of schedule juggling was required by your entire staff in order to accomplish this and meet your other commitments as well.
With your help, we were able to accomplish what I originally viewed as an impossible goal and complete it two days early to boot. This time you exceeded even my high expectations of your "magic".
